Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics. This role will support the development, implementation, and optimization of data-driven marketing strategies by building robust measurement frameworks, attribution models, and forecasting tools to evaluate and maximize the ROI of acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts. Please note that this is not a performance marketing or campaign management role.

This position is fully remote and candidates must be able to have flexibility work PST hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and build measurement frameworks for all marketing KPIs to evaluate the impact and ROI of growth strategies across Acquisition and Lifecycle Marketing campaigns
  • Build and deploy custom attribution models in Sigma by leveraging data from our custom Data Warehouse, Salesforce, Google Analytics and more
  • Extensive knowledge with setting up and managing tags in Google Tag Manager, Server-side tracking, webhooks, etc to ensure marketing attribution is accurate while complying with security protocols for our internal organization
  • Conduct cohort analyses of our acquisition funnel - work with the Director of Growth to identify and optimize performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
  • Possess a deep understanding of media metrics including CPA, CVR, CAC, LTV, and how they relate to each other - measure efficiency of marketing investments and make budget optimization recommendations for New Customer Acquisition vs Lifecycle Marketing
  • Create connections between Salesforce and Marketing Platforms via APIs, Workato, etc in order to generate the correct reporting metrics 
  • Work alongside the Data BI team to develop LTV models for B2B and B2C marketing strategies and build out the marketing data infrastructure: identify gaps, source new data, develop requirements and drive automation.
  • Build forecasting models for projected growth and budget based on yearly targets
  • Build spreadsheet models and Looker/Tableau dashboards to track KPIs, develop forecasts, run business case scenarios
  • Support in the creation of ongoing reports and slide decks for presentation to executive stakeholders and revenue leaders
  • Work in partnership across the org - including Marketing, Creative, Sales, Product, and Finance to help manage competing priorities across the organization
  • Design and measure A/B test experiments

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing or business analytics, ideally in B2B or B2C Saas
  • A BA/BS degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Business/Economics or other quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in a variety of programming, reporting, and automation tools: SQL, Python, Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Salesforce, and Databricks
  • Extensive hands-on experience extracting, linking and analyzing data from multiple sources, including digital ad platforms, CRM, marketing tech stack, internal applications and data warehouses
  • Expertise in analysis, modeling, reporting and visualization using growth marketing data, metrics and concepts
  • Solid knowledge of statistics, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, correlation/causation and regression analysis
  • Demonstrated success using data-driven insights to guide decisions that optimize outcomes, drive growth and maximize ROI
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, finance, and BI teams

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $100,00-$135,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
