Senior Manager, Marketing,  Canada & LATAM

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office)

At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. Our work impacts what millions of people read, watch, and buy, and we’re looking for people to help us tackle that responsibility with creativity and focus.  Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI) is the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform. Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV / streaming, online video, display, and audio. Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!

About this team:

As Marketing Manager, Canada & LATAM, you will be a key marketing partner to Magnite’s growing commercial teams across Canada and Latin America. Reporting to the VP, International Marketing, who is based in London, you’ll help translate Magnite’s global marketing strategy into programs that are relevant, compelling and effective in these markets.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, from building a regional marketing plan to developing a client event, partnering with Sales on an account opportunity, or bringing a global campaign to life in-market.

The role also requires close collaboration with marketing partners around the globe, working across regional teams and centralized capabilities, including Communications, Brand Experience, Design and Marketing Operations based in NYC, to deliver connected, consistent, and impactful marketing.

In this role you will:

  • Build and execute regional marketing plans for Canada and LATAM in partnership with International Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing and Communications.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Communications to bring Magnite’s global messaging, campaigns, thought leadership and content to life in ways that are relevant to local markets and audiences.
  • Work closely with regional Sales teams to understand business priorities, identify opportunities for marketing to accelerate growth, and translate those priorities into actionable programs.
  • Bring global campaigns and narratives to life locally, collaborating with Product Marketing, Communications and Brand Experience to adapt messaging, content and experiences for the needs and nuances of each market.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing programs across events, thought leadership, content, customer engagement, partnerships, digital channels and other relevant touchpoints.
  • Drive regional events and experiences, from industry conferences and executive dinners to customer roundtables, speaking opportunities and smaller market activations — including planning, promotion, execution and follow-up.
  • Develop market-relevant content and storytelling, partnering with Communications, Product Marketing and Brand Experience to create materials that resonate with agencies, advertisers, publishers and other industry audiences.
  • Support regional thought leadership and executive visibility, partnering with Communications and Product Marketing to identify opportunities for Magnite leaders and subject-matter experts to participate in conversations that matter to the market.
  • Work with partners and industry organizations to identify opportunities for co-marketing, sponsorships, content and events that strengthen Magnite’s presence in Canada and LATAM.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, timelines and vendors, ensuring programs are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Measure and communicate marketing impact, tracking program performance and translating results into insights and recommendations for future activity.
  • Bring market intelligence back to the broader organization, sharing trends, competitive activity, customer needs and opportunities that can inform Magnite’s broader marketing strategy.
  • Help build the marketing foundation for growing markets, creating repeatable programs, processes and playbooks that can scale as Magnite’s business and teams grow.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within advertising technology, media, technology, SaaS or a related industry.
  • Experience supporting regional or international markets, ideally with direct experience in Canada and/or Latin America.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising, media or programmatic ecosystem and an interest in the changing world of CTV, streaming and digital media.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales or other commercial teams and translating business priorities into marketing programs.
  • A track record of executing integrated marketing programs and events from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to adapt complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — you’re comfortable figuring things out, building from scratch and taking ownership without waiting for a playbook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions, cultures and geographies.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with global teams.
  • Willingness to travel periodically across Canada, LATAM and the U.S. as business needs require.
  • French language skills are a plus, particularly for supporting the Canadian market.
  • Portuguese fluency is strongly preferred, particularly Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • French language skills are a plus, particularly for supporting the Canadian market.

Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is also eligible for:
