The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations - Fleet, is a full-stack marketing leader responsible for driving Cox Fleet's digital presence across all marketing channels, including email, paid media, social, SMS, and web. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations for Cox Automotive Enterprise and Cox Fleet, this role will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of all fleet marketing efforts.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $122,600.00 - $204,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

What You'll Do
- Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across all digital channels (email, paid media, social, SMS, web) for Cox Fleet.
- Optimize ROI on paid media efforts, partnering with third-party agencies to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement SEO/AEO strategies to improve national and regional search results for fleet marketing.
- Deliver real-time, visual reporting dashboards that track performance from impressions through to attributed revenue.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of digital marketers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with product/brand marketing, communications, and other internal teams to ensure creative messaging is aligned and effectively executed.
- Identify gaps in the client lifecycle and introduce new campaigns to enhance client experience.
- Build scalable programs and establish best practices to deliver on KPIs and achieve business results.
- Oversee marketing operations processes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stay current with industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices to keep Cox Fleet's marketing efforts innovative and effective.

Who You Are
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 8 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience; or 12 years' experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-channel marketing programs within a large, matrixed organization.
- Proven experience with paid media, SEO/AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), email, social, SMS, and web marketing.
- 3+ years' experience in management or leadership role, developing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, content management systems).
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Resourceful, self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
- Strategic thinker with business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Travel: 15%
