Edwards is seeking a Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to join our internal OCM team. Our OCM team functions as a collaborative internal consulting group driving strategic initiatives across multiple Business Units, regions, and functions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across a wide range of functional areas within our multibillion‑dollar global organization.

This role will lead strategic, enterprise‑wide organizational development and change management initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate brings a management consulting background with a strong track record of guiding cross‑functional teams through high‑visibility, fast‑paced strategic projects. As the Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM), this leader will partner closely with Executive Leadership, HR Leaders, and key business stakeholders to address the people and organizational factors essential to Edwards’ continued growth. This position is based onsite at our Irvine headquarters.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Develop and plan large OCM projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables representing leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and team.

  • Lead the development of OCM strategies

  • Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute tactical OCM projects and/or initiatives

  • Provide OCM advisory input on key stakeholders on high-impact transformational initiatives

  • Perform OCM analysis and provide guidance to business partners relating to organizational decisions

What you’ll need (Required): 

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with 10 years of previous related experience (e.g., OE/Workforce Planning/Change Management tools and methodologies, including business case analysis, communications, and/or organizational design) or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria or

  • Master's Degree or equivalent, in related field with 8 years of experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

  • Occasional travel, up to 30% annually, may be required to support business needs 

What else we look for (Preferred):  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Organizational Psychology, Computer Science or other related technical areas ​

  • Proven success developing targeted written communications to support the OCM strategy

  • Proven success utilizing an Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) to successfully execute an OCM strategy for major organizational changes

  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related tools

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

  • Proven success in managing two or more concurrent projects and initiatives

  • Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organization

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of EW policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to organizational effectiveness

  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to represent leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and client groups

  • Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $121,000 to $170,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).  Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
