Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead paid social strategy, execution, and optimization across a portfolio of medium to large client accounts, ensuring strong performance against business goals.

  • Own client-facing communication for key accounts, including strategic recommendations, performance storytelling, testing plans, and proactive problem-solving.

  • Translate high-level growth goals into actionable paid social plans across channels such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.

  • Drive advanced media buying decisions, including campaign structure, audience strategy, measurement approach, testing priorities, and budget allocation.

  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, analytics, strategy, and account teams to ensure paid social efforts align with broader business objectives.

  • Mentor and support Managers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts by providing guidance on execution, performance analysis, and strategic thinking.

  • Help improve team operations by identifying opportunities to strengthen workflows, reporting standards, QA practices, and client delivery processes.

  • Support onboarding of new clients by shaping initial channel strategies, account audits, and transition plans.

  • Contribute to department-level initiatives, including playbooks, best practices, training, and process documentation.

  • Stay current on platform changes, market trends, and emerging opportunities to strengthen client performance and team knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 4–6+ years of professional experience in paid social, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment.

  • 2+ years of professional experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns for DTC and/or e-commerce brands.

  • Proven ability to independently manage larger or more complex client relationships with limited oversight.

  • Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members and helping raise the quality of work across a team.

  • Deep knowledge of platform strategy, campaign setup, testing frameworks, reporting, and performance optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and make data-informed recommendations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of how creative strategy impacts paid social performance, with the ability to advise on testing directions and iteration opportunities.

  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Prior people management experience is a plus, but not required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Flexible work hours and remote work options.

  • Professional development and training opportunities.

  • Inclusive and supportive work environment that values creativity and innovation.
