With over 30,000 customers—including a third of the Fortune 500—Tempo is trusted globally to make workflows work better. We build a suite of integrated solutions for time management, resource planning, budget management, and roadmapping that enables modern teams to deliver from vision to value.
While we are a dominant, trusted leader in the Atlassian ecosystem, Tempo is entering an exciting new phase of growth. We are aggressively expanding our footprint into major enterprise ecosystems, including Microsoft, ServiceNow, Monday.com, and Linear. This is a pivotal, high-impact role for a leader who wants to build the multi-ecosystem go-to-market blueprint for a scaling company.
About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, you will own and scale Tempo's global partner marketing strategy to drive measurable partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth through our ecosystem of Channel and Marketplace Partners. Partners already drive a massive portion of our revenue, but there is vast untapped potential as we enter enterprise ecosystems where we are less known.
This is a "full-stack," hands-on strategic leadership role. You will manage a direct report based in EMEA and work closely with Channel Sales and our dedicated Partner Enablement team to execute a global strategy built across three core pillars: marketing to partners, marketing with partners, and marketing through partners.
What You’ll Do
1. Marketing TO Partners (Enablement & Engagement)
Enablement Collaboration: Partner closely with our established Partner Enablement team to co-develop onboarding tracks, sales playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards.
Portal & Content Strategy: Work alongside the Enablement team to manage the partner portal, ensuring it is strategically stocked with marketing assets, product resources, and co-brandable campaign kits.
Partner Communications: Drive regular marketing communications, including partner newsletters and program announcements, to keep Tempo top-of-mind across ecosystems.
2. Marketing WITH Partners (Joint Demand Gen & Field Marketing)
Joint Campaigns: Design and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns spanning digital advertising, social media, webinars, and joint sales plays with strategic Systems Integrators, VARs, and regional solution providers.
Joint Value Propositions: Partner with Product Marketing to craft compelling "better-together" narratives that clearly show how Tempo adds unique value inside the Monday.com, Linear, Microsoft, and ServiceNow ecosystems.
Field Marketing & Events: Plan and execute targeted field marketing events, including executive roundtables, workshops, and regional seminars to engage partner customer bases.
Ecosystem Presence: Coordinate Tempo’s presence at major industry trade shows and ecosystem user groups across Atlassian, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Monday.com, and Linear networks.
3. Marketing THROUGH Partners (Scalable "Campaigns-in-a-Box")
Turnkey Campaign Kits: Develop scalable "campaigns-in-a-box" and co-brandable asset templates that partners can independently deploy to their own databases to drive pipeline volume.
Marketplace Optimization: Partner with the marketplace teams to optimize our listings, visibility, and discoverability rankings within respective ecosystems to capture active intent.
MDF & Budget Optimization: Manage co-op/MDF fund allocation and campaign budgets to track partner marketing ROI and pipeline contribution.
4. Strategy & Leadership
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage an EMEA-based Partner Marketing Manager, aligning regional field execution with global strategy.
Ecosystem Playbooks: Define partner segmentation and tiering strategies, developing unique positioning and co-sell navigation tailored to the specific ecosystem nuances.
Budget & Growth: Manage budget and growth targets for the team.
Who You Are
Experience: 5-8 years of experience leading partner, channel, or alliance marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology. You will also need to have experience with managing partner marketing budgets and revenue targets.
Ecosystem Fluent: Proven experience working with channel partners (SIs, VARs, consultancies), with specific familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Monday.com, or Linear networks strongly preferred.
Cross-Functional Collaborator: Highly collaborative mindset with a proven ability to partner with internal teams—specifically Partner Enablement and Channel Sales—to build unified programs.
Full-Stack & Metric-Driven: A strategic thinker who can translate big-picture business objectives into actionable, tactical marketing plans focused on driving partner-influenced pipeline.
AI-Forward Workflow: You already integrate AI tools into your day-to-day workflow for content creation, campaign analysis, and program reporting. Day-one fluency is expected so that AI handles the routine drafting and formatting, freeing you to focus your human judgment on strategic relationship management and partner bets.
Travel: Willingness to travel to partner events, conferences, and meetings as needed (estimated 20-30%).
