About Protera Health

Protera Health is a health-tech startup transforming musculoskeletal (MSK) care through a multidisciplinary, technology-enabled approach. Founded by orthopedic surgeons and value-based care experts, our mission is simple: treat patients as we would our own loved ones.

· Prepare data-driven presentations and lead monthly partner account and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and identify growth/expansion opportunities.

· Maintain close attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a structured approach to project management that ensures partner needs are met reliably.

What We're Looking For

· 4+ years of professional experience in partnerships, account management, or implementation management, specifically within the healthcare industry.

· Startup experience is a strong plus.

· Direct experience managing partner reporting, with a proven ability to dive in, manipulate data, and actively support the creation of polished reports and dashboards.

· Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex data, metrics, and strategic updates directly to external partners and stakeholders.

· Technical and data literacy with some familiarity with modern data platforms to confidently navigate technical workflows and discuss data integrations with partners.
