Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on aggressive customer acquisition and brand scaling.
Multi-Channel Mastery: Oversee a diverse media mix including PPC, Social, Display, Programmatic, and Connected TV (CTV) to ensure full-funnel coverage.
KPI Ownership: Establish performance goals and KPIs across all campaigns, driving continuous optimization to maximize ROI and efficiency.
ABM & High-Value Targeting: Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate high-value accounts and generate high-quality sales opportunities.
Affiliate & Partner Management: Build and maintain strategic affiliate advertising partnerships to expand reach and drive mutual revenue success.
Brand Awareness: Orchestrate broad awareness campaigns designed to increase brand visibility and consideration within the legal tech market.
Data-Driven Optimization: Manage rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates.
Advanced Analytics: Collaborate with data teams to ensure precision in tracking, reporting, and multi-touch attribution across the entire marketing stack.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Creative, Product Marketing, and Finance to align messaging, manage budgets, and forecast future growth.
Qualifications
5+ years in a digital marketing role focused on pipeline generation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven success managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Deep understanding of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), tracking tools, and attribution models.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and growing teams.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize marketing performance.
- Experience in vertical SaaS or legal tech industries is a plus.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
