Manage a team of 65 personnel consisting of Manufacturing Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Engineering Managers to drive manufacturing capability to scale in the newest Memory Fab. Partner with Process & Equipment Engineering and Industrial Engineering teams to validate capacity that will achieve required wafers per day. Support department business processes for new tool installations, as well as existing tool modifications/relocations/removals. Partner with other 300 mm counterparts and our central teams to identify and use global best-known methods. Finish the required safety training and ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with safety policies while promoting a positive work environment. Develop the strategic vision for your department and prioritizing (time, team members) as needed to accomplish that vision. Develop bold performance targets and ensuring line-of-sight goals are communicated to your team members. Drive fab optimization, max output and yield while reducing operation cost and maintaining the highest quality standards. Address large audiences, executives, and technology authorities on complex topics. Partner closely with People organization based on People policies. Ensure area of responsibility has succession plans for all key positions. Coach and mentor team members supporting their career development. Identify, understand, and mitigate risk before making critical decisions.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Manufacturing Engineer or Photolithography-related occupation. Position requires experience in:
1. Semiconductor Manufacturing;
2. Photolithography equipment;
3. High Volume Manufacturing;
4. Leading teams to drive solutions to critical dimension and registration issues with DRAM devices;
5. Driving teams to meet cycle time, availability and equipment utilization to maximize output.
