Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Program & Portfolio Pricing is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies across the aesthetics portfolio and its SKUs to maximize profitability, enhance customer value, and support long‑term business growth. This role partners closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Commercial Operations to analyze market trends, evaluate price elasticity, optimize pricing strategies, and maintain competitive positioning. This individual will oversee pricing governance, lead pricing and discounting analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies across product lines, customer segments, and channels for new product launches and existing products.

  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis to maintain strong market positioning and communicate pricing risks and opportunities.

  • Work with Marketing and Brand teams to align pricing with product positioning and lifecycle stages.

  • Evaluate and refine discounting, rebates, and loyalty pricing initiatives.

  • Ensure pricing structures align with revenue growth, margin targets, and customer value propositions.

  • Analyze pricing performance and financial impact of price changes.

  • Build pricing models to evaluate scenarios, elasticity, and profitability and/or work with third parties to lead these types of studies.

  • Partner with Finance on revenue optimization.

  • Collaborate with Sales to refine and manage accelerated & bespoke pricing programs for customers.

  • Analyze customer trends and loyalty dynamics.

  • Maintain pricing policies, approval workflows, and controls.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline pricing processes and tools.

  • Contribute to the development of competitive pricing tools that can be used by the salesforce.

  • Ensure pricing data integrity and consistency across systems.

  • Present pricing findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

  • Submit pricing updates to our business partners and ensure customer pricing is seamless within our operations.

  • Deliver dashboards and reports that support pricing decisions and business planning.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or a related discipline.

  • Experience with B2B environment required; healthcare experience preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or analytical tools (Power BI/Tableau).

  • Deep understanding of pricing methodologies (valuebased, costplus, competitive, dynamic, etc.).

  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and projectmanagement capabilities.

About the Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $160,000-$180,000.

In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance.
