You will partner closely with the Engagement and Retention team, Finance, Product, and the broader Analytics organization to shape annual and quarterly plans, uncover and explain performance trends, identify opportunities, and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business impact. You will also lead business planning and forecasting for Retention and ensure findings are communicated effectively through regular business reviews and other leadership forums.

  • Modernize data reporting, partnering with the Data Engineering  Team to automate dashboards, and reduce manual work to focus on high-value analysis and insights.

  • Analyze subscriber behavior to uncover churn risks, conversion levers, and journey pain points.

  • Identify high-value segments for targeting to drive loyalty and reduce churn.

  • Manage and coach a team of 2-4 analysts, setting priorities, reviewing outputs, and investing in skills development.

About You:

  • Experience: 7+ years in an analytical, management consulting, finance, or similar role—including people-leadership experience (3+ years).

  • Analytical problem-solving: Proven ability to structure and solve exploratory problems; strong attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and reporting; effective decision-making under uncertainty.

  • Business communication: Excellent verbal/written communication; ability to translate complex concepts into simple, executive-ready narratives and visuals.

  • Productivity & tools: Advanced Excel and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Data & coding fluency: A self-starter who isn’t afraid to get hands dirty—comfortable using SQL, Python, and generative AI tools as needed to access data and deliver analysis, even if not a coding expert.
