Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to help build our operational infrastructure layer and shape the strategy, systems, and processes that power our go-to-market (GTM) organization. This role acts as the operational foundation, utilizing data and technology to ensure fast, seamless scaling.

In this role, you will have the mandate to build sustainable, scalable systems. If you are a systems thinker with a strong ownership mentality, highly analytical, and ready to solve interesting problems, this role is for you.

We’re looking for a passionate individual who wants to grow with the company. The ideal candidate thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, looks for efficiency in everything they do, always sets high standards for themselves as well as their teammates, and likes to have fun at work!

What you will be doing

  • Own and evolve the company’s Revenue Operating Model, aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and the C-suite around measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Optimize our GTM tech stack, including our Salesforce instance and integrations with adjacent systems.
  • Reimagine Rev Ops for the AI era by embedding AI-driven enrichment and intelligent automation into core business processes to increase efficiency, signal quality, and decision velocity.
  • Shape commercial strategy and execution through scalable GTM planning, forecasting frameworks, operating cadences, and governed performance standards (KPIs, pipeline integrity, and data definitions).
  • Build and run deal desk processes, tools, and policies, including our CPQ system, DealHub. Analyze deal performance and pricing trends, providing guidance on non-standard requests to accelerate revenue generation.
  • Establish a trusted single source of truth across GTM systems. Utilize strong analytical skills to investigate root-cause revenue discrepancies, perform data reconciliations, and build automated tracking solutions.

What experience you should have

  • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational role within a fast-growth, venture-backed B2B Financial or SaaS startup.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing a modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, CPQ, Planhat, Intercom) as well as AI and BI tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with the ability to move from raw data to strategic recommendations.
  • Process & Governance: Experience designing and enforcing commercial governance frameworks, pipeline standards, QBR frameworks, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting.
  • Leadership & Communication: Executive communication skills with proven experience partnering with GTM leaders and presenting complex insights to C-suite executives.
  • Adaptability: An ownership mindset with the ability to think from first principles, iterate quickly, and work comfortably through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging sophisticated stakeholders.
  • Highly diligent, detail-oriented, and process-driven. No data point is too small.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with U.S. financial institutions and regulatory environments (FINRA broker-dealer, KYB/KYC, BSA, Reg E, fraud mitigation) a strong plus.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering, or hands-on programming experience with Python or JavaScript (including working with APIs and optimizing data flows).
  • An undergraduate and/or graduate degree with an analytics-heavy major (e.g., STEM, economics, computer science).

What we offer

  • Opportunity to grow within a high-potential startup
  • A collaborative, international and mission-driven team
  • Modern tech stack and agile ways of working
  • Jiko has a hybrid schedule in its San Francisco and Iceland offices (2 days in the office), and remote for other locations.
  • Compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
