Your Role as a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts:

Fusable is seeking a highly consultative, results-driven Strategic Account Executive to lead growth across a portfolio of strategic insurance carrier accounts and prospects. This role combines new business development with enterprise account expansion, focusing on commercial P&C insurers that cover Commercial Trucking. 

As a trusted advisor, you will help clients leverage Fusable's portfolio of market-leading data, analytics, SaaS applications, and Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions to solve critical business challenges. You will build executive-level relationships, uncover strategic opportunities, articulate measurable business value, and drive revenue growth through solution-based selling. 

This is a senior sales role suited for professionals who thrive in complex enterprise environments, enjoy navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and are passionate about the transformative power of data and analytics. 

The position reports to the Sales Director, Strategic Accounts Risk Intelligence  

A Day in the Life of a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts:

Drive New Business Growth 

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase market penetration within commercial P&C insurance organizations. 
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities within target accounts. 
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand business objectives, pain points, and opportunities for value creation. 
  • Position and demonstrate Fusable's solutions through compelling presentations, workshops, webinars, and executive-level business discussions. 

Expand and Retain Strategic Accounts 

  • Own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise customers by identifying expansion opportunities and increasing solution adoption. 
  • Develop long-term account strategies aligned with client business priorities. 
  • Conduct executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions that demonstrate ROI, customer value, and account health. 
  • Drive customer retention and renewal success through proactive engagement and relationship management. 

Lead Complex Sales Cycles 

  • Manage opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting through contract execution. 
  • Develop business cases and ROI-driven value propositions that align with client objectives. 
  • Structure, negotiate, and close licensing, subscription, and enterprise agreements. 
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline. 

Collaborate Across the Organization 

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Data Analytics, and Client Success teams. 
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback that influence product innovation and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Champion customer needs internally while helping shape solutions that create competitive differentiation.

  • Consistent achievement of revenue and growth goals. 
  • Expansion of strategic relationships within enterprise insurance organizations. 
  • Growth in customer adoption across Fusable's Risk Intelligence portfolio. 
  • Strong client retention and renewal performance. 
  • Trusted advisor status with executive and operational decision-makers. 

What You Need: 

  • 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years selling SaaS, DaaS, analytics, data, technology, or information services solutions to enterprise organizations. 
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles. 
  • Proven track record of developing executive-level relationships and driving strategic account growth. 
  • Experience creating and communicating business value through ROI-based or consultative selling methodologies. 
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. 

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience selling into commercial P&C insurance carriers, reinsurers, MGAs, brokers, or related insurance markets. 
  • Knowledge of commercial underwriting, risk management, claims, actuarial analysis, fleet, transportation, construction, specialty lines, or inland marine insurance. 
  • Experience selling data analytics, predictive modeling, business intelligence, or risk intelligence solutions. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and modern sales engagement technologies. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Pay Transparency:   

$90,000.00 to $100,000.00 Annually  

The base salary or hourly range listed above represents the good faith estimate of the compensation Fusable reasonably expects to pay for this position upon hire. Actual compensation packages are individualized and determined by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, internal equity, certifications, education, qualifications, specific skill set, and Fusable’s business needs. Additional compensation may include bonuses and equity.
