  • Strategic Insight and Thought Leadership: Synthesize key findings from landscape, company, customer, and market analysis for internal briefings and to ultimately inform strategic planning and executive decision-making.

Qualifications and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business or corporate development, or due diligence

  • Deep domain knowledge in eDiscovery and/or broader Legal Technology, with familiarity in legal operations, law firm workflows, legal professional services, and AI-driven legal innovation

  • Strong technical/business acumen AND past experience or familiarity working with cloud and AI technologies, products, or services

  • Extensive experience working with and / or evaluating SaaS companies preferred

  • Experience conducting customer interviews and translating qualitative feedback into strategic recommendations

  • Intellectually curious, analytically rigorous, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to drive clarity and execution

  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and a bias for action

  • Excellent relationship building and cross-functional collaboration skills
