  • Roster & Library Management: Manage and maintain our comprehensive creator roster, ensuring data, metrics, and talent archetypes are up-to-date for cross-functional pitching.
  • Agency & Industry Relations: Nurture and expand ongoing relationships with top talent agencies, management firms, and independent digital creators. This includes attending creator economy meetups and industry events to source fresh talent, discover rising stars, and elevate Forbes in the creator space.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in talent management, talent relations, casting, or within a digital talent agency.
  • Location: Open to all eligible remote locations with preference towards Los Angeles, a major West Coast city or New York City.
  • Booking Track Record: Proven success booking and negotiating talent for branded content, digital series, advertising campaigns, or hosting roles.
  • Industry Rolodex: An existing network of relationships with talent managers, digital agents, publicists, and independent digital creators.
  • Data & Organization: Highly organized with experience managing talent databases, roster libraries, or casting decks smoothly under tight deadlines.
  • High EQ: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently navigate the unique personalities and needs of high-profile creators and corporate clients.

The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000
