We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Total Rewards with a focus on employee benefits strategy, design, and execution to help us deliver innovative, competitive, and scalable total rewards programs globally.

In this role you will work to identify, design, and develop comprehensive Compensation and Total Rewards strategies to support Drata’s current and future growth. What you’ll do:

  • Lead benefits strategy and execution for our global workforce, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with our company values and growth objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership and external consultants to design and implement scalable benefits programs across medical, dental, vision, wellness, time off, retirement, and voluntary offerings.
  • Drive annual benefits renewal, open enrollment, and vendor RFP processes, negotiating with providers and ensuring optimal pricing and service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, TPAs, and other vendors to ensure high-quality employee experience and ongoing service excellence.
  • Lead benefits compliance activities (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, 5500 filings, etc.) in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
  • Analyze market data and internal benchmarks to develop forward-looking recommendations for evolving our benefits strategy across regions.
  • Partner with internal communications and HRBPs to deliver clear, engaging education and communication campaigns around benefits programs.
  • Drive wellness and wellbeing strategy, ensuring it supports productivity, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Support global expansion efforts with benefits due diligence, integration, and localization strategies.
  • Collaborates on communication strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards
  • Determines and implements metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of total rewards initiatives
  • Develops and communicates the organization’s total rewards strategy as it relates to base salary, variable pay, equity, benefits (health and welfare, COBRA, 401k), associate recognition and work/life components (PTO/VTO), Leads and manages the annual merit cycle, to include an executive roll up and summary
  • Directs the overall benefit annual enrollment process, strategy/analysis and required annual compliance filings, audits (including 401k) and compliance notifications with vendor support.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience leading Total rewards for high-growth organizations  experience in a SaaS B2B/B2C environment strongly preferred
  • International compensation and benefits experience a plus
  • Experience analyzing and developing cash and equity rewards targets in a private company environment
  • Extensive experience with financial and rewards modeling
  • Experience with stock options, RSUs and other equity vehicles
  • Proven ability to analyze people-centric data
  • Experience interacting with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced tech or SaaS environment strongly preferred.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change. 

Tier 1: $183,000 - $226,000

Tier 2: $165,000 - $204,000

Tier 3: $132,000 - $163,000

These ranges may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
