The Senior Marketing Associate role sits at the center of this collaborative model. Based in Chicago, this position is designed for a marketing professional who wants to be fully embedded in the commercial and investment dialogue, not operating at arm’s length but working side‑by‑side with Client Portfolio Managers, Sales, Portfolio Management, Client Service, and Compliance to shape how D&P’s strategies are understood and positioned in the market.

Designed for professionals with 5–7 years of experience within asset management or a related institutional environment, the Senior Marketing Associate role offers increasing ownership, judgment, and visibility. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high‑quality client‑facing materials including pitch presentations, factsheets, website content, thought leadership, and digital communications that reflect both the rigor of D&P’s investment process and the clarity expected by institutional audiences. Partnership Across the Commercial Organization

In addition to core content development, the Senior Marketing Associate will support integrated marketing campaigns and digital initiatives, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and evaluate efforts across email, web, and social media channels. Exposure to marketing analytics, competitive research, and industry trends allows the role to contribute meaningfully to positioning discussions and sales prioritization, reinforcing marketing’s role as a strategic extension of the distribution effort.

The starting salary range is $125,000 to $140,000.

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
