The Senior Marketing Content Specialist develops marketing content for B2C and B2B channels, manages projects, and enhances member retention through strategic communication.
Develop clear, concise and persuasive content and marketing for digital and traditional mediums. Edit content ensure consistent application of style and information across channels. Define our brand by embodying friendly, smart and personalized service via our content. Write B2C and B2B marketing campaigns such as writing user guides, help content and tutorials for mobile and online banking; crafting compelling emails; develop engage and informative blog posts; and internal marketing communications. Manage complex projects with varying deadlines in a team environment. Use data and strategic thinking to improve member retention in addition to new member acquisition.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop innovative concepts; write compelling copy and follow-through to final delivery on a wide variety of B2C, B2B and employee/internal marketing across a wide array of media
- Develop communications that tell a story and/or change behavior across multiple channels and tactics from print, digital, video, events, and more
- Write website content and assist in search engine optimization efforts. Research, fact-check and proofread for spelling, grammar and consistency of positioning
- Assist in maintaining consistency of message and corporate brand across channels and products
- Collaborate with internal clients to bring projects to timely completion as well as.re-packaging of pre-existing or externally sourced content
- Write blog post and other value-add content that informs, teaches, and inspires members. Write testimonials and customer satisfaction stories through member interviews and user-generated content
- Maintain technical documentation, including user guides, online help and product training materials, for online banking and mobile banking.
- Work with managers to understand the product roadmap to be prepared for creating and updating content
Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum - 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related
- Minimum - 3 years of Marketing, Copy Development or related
