Job Description

Role Summary: The PCP and Digital Engagement Lead serves as a strategic cross-functional leader charged with expanding our reach within the Primary Care Physician segment and spearheading digital engagement initiatives for the Acute Indication. This role is responsible for developing and implementing targeted strategies to drive adoption among PCPs, while leveraging digital channels to maximize portfolio impact and efficiency. The Lead partners closely with affiliates, area, and international teams to ensure successful integration with the broader migraine portfolio, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage and expand the PCP customer base for the Acute migraine indication, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio objectives.
  • Design and lead digital engagement initiatives (including multi-channel campaigns, digital tools, and platforms) to support PCP activation, education, and performance.
  • Analyze market insights, engagement metrics, and customer feedback to optimize initiatives for reach, impact, and return on investment.
  • Collaborate across functions - including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, Business Insights, Public Affairs, and affiliate teams - to align resources and strategies.
  • Influence without authority in a matrix environment, ensuring cross-functional support and stakeholder alignment for PCP and digital initiatives.
  • Identify engagement gaps and opportunities within the PCP channel, partnering with affiliates to co-create and implement solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external partners (vendors, agencies, digital platforms, and Key Opinion Leaders) to drive innovation and best practices in digital engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical marketing, or digital engagement roles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer engagement and brand strategies, preferably within a portfolio or multi-product context.
  • Deep understanding of PCP practice dynamics and experience with digital marketing or omni-channel engagement.
  • Strong cross-functional and matrix leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication abilities.
  • Able and willing to travel internationally as required.
