The Growth Marketing Manager leads account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, event programs, and marketing technology strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue. This role manages workflows across ABM initiatives, event execution, and martech operations while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. You'll develop hyper-personalized ABM campaigns, execute strategic events, optimize the martech stack, and leverage AI tools to streamline marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies for high-value target accounts with hyper-personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and the website.
  • Leverage intent data platforms (6sense) to identify buying signals and coordinate with sales on high-priority accounts for timely engagement.
  • Establish shared KPIs with sales teams including lead generation, pipeline velocity, engagement scoring, and multi-touch attribution to measure ABM impact.
  • Own full event lifecycle from strategy and logistics to promotion, execution, and ROI analysis for trade shows, webinars, executive roundtables, and virtual events.
  • Identify and implement AI tools to streamline content generation, audience segmentation, campaign personalization, and predictive analytics.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize martech tools supporting ABM, events, and performance tracking including CRM, marketing automation, and intent and analytics platforms.
  • Develop dashboards providing real-time visibility into campaign performance, marketing ROI, and ensure data hygiene with accurate attribution across all platforms.
  • Create compelling messaging frameworks and value propositions for target buyer personas and oversee production of marketing collateral including thought leadership, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and GEO, maintains brand voice consistency, and monitor KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness for maximum ROI.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align on ABM target accounts, messaging, and shared KPIs while establishing clear handoff protocols between marketing and sales teams.
Required Skills
  • Strategic thinking with ability to connect initiatives to business objectives and revenue goals.
  • ABM expertise including campaign development, hyper-personalization, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Event marketing with full-lifecycle execution and ROI measurement.
  • Marketing technology proficiency including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. (e.g., 6Sense, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • AI tools experience with content generation, workflow automation, and predictive analytics.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret metrics, conduct A/B testing, and measure ROI.
  • SEO & GEO knowledge and content optimization best practices.
  • Project management with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Experience
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or professional services marketing experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on ABM campaign development and execution
  • Proven track record measuring and communicating marketing ROI
  • Data-driven decision maker who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Creative-minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
