Job Description Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for partnering with service line marketing directors on the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Americas. Daily responsibilities include executing marketing tasks and projects in collaboration with senior members of the strategic marketing team and other departments of the global marketing and research organization, including but not limited to developing and distributing thought leadership content, developing sales materials, collaborating on content delivery for digital channels, and tailoring messaging to distinct audiences.
As part of the Americas Strategic Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate with regional and corporate marketing teams to support special projects as requested by fee-earners and broader service delivery teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategy creation and execution of critical marketing initiatives for Americas service lines and product types by connecting and collaborating with business line leaders and senior leaders of the Strategic Marketing team.
  • Provide project management for marketing initiatives, creative strategy and material development.
  • Partner with marketing COEs - such as design, public relations, and digital teams - to deliver strategic marketing initiatives (e.g. web articles, industry trend reports, capabilities materials, etc.)
  • Partner with other service line marcom professionals to share best practices, key insights, and competitive intelligence, and coordinate on overall talent management
  • Seek to develop a strong understanding of the business to help drive marketing strategies and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing & Communications preferred
  • 3-5 years of marketing and/or communications experience preferred
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to interface and communicate with internal clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Experience with targeted B2B sales techniques is a plus
  • Marketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal, interest is a must
  • Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervision

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $72,250.00 - $85,000.00
