Estimated annual base pay: $93,000 (minimum) - $121,000 (midpoint) - $149,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design System Components: Develop and optimize mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet performance specifications and industry standards.

  • Lead Technical Projects: Manage and oversee small to medium sized engineering projects, coordinating resources and timelines to achieve project goals.

  • Solve Complex Engineering Problems: Analyze and resolve challenging technical issues by applying advanced engineering principles and innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams: Work with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into larger projects.

  • Mentor Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering professional development and enhancing team capabilities.

  • Design and manufacture test equipment for in-plant use.

Successful candidates typically have: 

  • 4 year bachelor BS degree AND 4+ years equivalent experience
