Senior Media Manager

Job description.

Huge is looking for a Senior Media Manager to join the Marketing Services Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the day to day execution and optimization of digital media tactics such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Video, ABM and Partner Direct. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Engagement, Data & Insights, and Marketing Strategy teams to build best-in-class digital media campaigns that directly impact our clients’ success.

What you’ll be doing.

  • In this role, you will manage digital media campaigns across 2-4 clients
  • Channels managed will be dependent on interest and experience, providing the opportunity to learn or expand knowledge across Paid Social (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit), Programmatic (e.g., DV360 & The Trade Desk), and Paid Search (e.g., Google & Bing)
  • Own campaign set-up and management including creative trafficking, A/B testing, pacing, bid and budget management
  • Leverage BI tools such as Tableau and Looker on a daily basis to surface trends, produce reports, and recommend areas for improvement
  • Write weekly performance insights for internal leadership and client review
  • Design and deliver presentations and reporting for tracking key business metrics
  • Be an integral part in managing digital marketing campaigns that help your clients meet their strategic goals

What we’d like to see.

  • You have 3-4 years of experience in digital media management in one or more of the following channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Video, ABM and Partner Direct.
  • You are experienced in programmatic marketing.  
  • You are experienced in programmatic platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • You have B2B experience.
  • You are able to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and willingness to work independently but also in a team when needed
  • You are an analytical thinker that is comfortable presenting reporting and recommendations to internal leadership and clients. 
  • You are detail oriented and proactive in managing projects and task lists.

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
