At Varicent, we’re building powerful, data-driven platforms to drive sales performance. As part of our Incentives team, you’ll help build and scale a modern C# backend, powering a React/Redux web app used by global enterprise clients.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer who thrives in cloud environments, understands complex systems, and cares about clean code, performance, and reliability.

🔧 Your Day-to-Day
- Design and build robust REST APIs in C#
- Work with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, S3) to deliver scalable features
- Improve performance and reliability for data-heavy services
- Automate infrastructure with CloudFormation and CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in code reviews and help raise the engineering bar
✅ What You Bring
- 4+ years of backend development in C#
- Experience with AWS, microservices, and data-intensive systems
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and backend architecture
- Clean code mindset and strong software design principles
- Full professional proficiency in English and experience working in remote teams
