About the Role:

As a Senior Network Engineer on the Infrastructure Services team, you’ll play a key role in managing and evolving our production network. You’ll contribute across all layers of network infrastructure—helping to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability while partnering with teams across the organization. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Ensure the stability, security, and performance of the production network through proactive monitoring and maintenance  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently, minimizing impact to business-critical services  
  • Manage and maintain on-premises infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers  
  • Design, implement, and evolve scalable network architectures to support new initiatives and growth  
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity, identifying and driving improvements  
  • Develop and implement automation to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability  
  • Design, test, and manage network security strategies (e.g., DDoS mitigation, failover, disaster recovery)  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor team members, sharing best practices and technical expertise  
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and recommend improvements to optimize network performance and capacity
  • Integrate AI capabilities into network operations to enhance monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance, improving overall network reliability and performance
  • Incorporate AI tools to assist with forecasting, scaling, traffic analysis and additional future proofing 

Experience We’re Looking For: 

  • 8+ years of networking experience is required, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCDP), including at least 5 years supporting enterprise-scale networks; a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience may be considered). 
  • Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and Layer 2 technologies (VLANs, STP, VRRP; VXLAN a plus) is essential. 
  • Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting network infrastructure—including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers (e.g., F5, FortiADC)—is expected. 
  • Proficiency with network platforms such as Junos, Arista EOS, ScreenOS, or similar systems is critical to success in this role. 
  • Experience supporting production environments, including 24/7 operations and high-availability systems, is critical, along with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize network solutions from concept through production  
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, including the use of Linux-based tools, monitoring systems, and performance analysis techniques  
  • Experience working in data center environments, with exposure to network monitoring, security, and DevOps/automation tools  
  • Collaborative, self-driven leader with strong communication skills and ownership mindset; able to mentor junior team members and thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on customer impact #LI-CC1

The base salary range for candidates within the United States is listed below. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, specific location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Regular employees may also be eligible for bonus(es), sales incentive(s) (target included in OTE) and/or stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
