If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

We are looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer / Architect to help support and expand a growing portfolio of enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone with deep OutSystems 11 (O11) experience who can step into a complex environment, quickly understand existing applications, and drive improvements across design, flow, and technical execution.

The organization is currently operating in a self-managed OutSystems 11 environment and is not using ODC today. This role is being added due to a growing application portfolio.

• Partner with business and technical leaders to enhance application usability, scalability, and performance
• Support enterprise application development across two teams building business-critical solutions
• Contribute as a senior-level technical resource in a staff augmentation capacity
• Participate in sprint planning
Early Focus Areas
One of the initial areas of focus may include reviewing and improving applications tied to:
• Internal proprietary application
• Guidewire-related workflows
• Client / contact center-related application experiences
This person should be comfortable:
• Looking at an application holistically
• Understanding business and technical rules quickly
• Navigating deeply within OutSystems
• Recommending and implementing improvements to screen design, flow, and user experience

Job requirements

• Strong experience with OutSystems, at the Senior Developer or Architect level
• Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript and SQL Server
• Ability to work across both application architecture and hands-on development
• Experience supporting or building enterprise applications

Preferred Background
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
• Preferred Guidewire-related workflow experience.
• Or a broader insurance industry background with the ability to understand regulated, rules-driven business processes
• There may be flexibility to consider either: A true Senior Developer or a more architect-level / senior technical lead profile depending on experience and rate
