The Strategic Marketing team helps drive awareness, growth, and revenue through Motive’s partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, GTM Partnerships, Product, and Marketing, and focuses on taking partners to market and building repeatable programs that expand Motive’s reach, generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen partner engagement.
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will own partner marketing initiatives end-to-end—from launch strategy and joint positioning through channel activation, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly collaborative operator who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and can turn new partnerships into measurable market impact.
- Own the go-to-market launch of new partners, from positioning and launch planning through execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Develop joint messaging and marketing plans that communicate the value of the partnership to customers, prospects, partner audiences, and internal teams.
- Build and execute joint initiatives that activate partner-owned and partner-enabled channels, including sales teams, events, digital channels, content, and other routes to market.
- Lead partner activations end-to-end, managing strategy, messaging, logistics, stakeholder alignment, and field execution to drive pipeline and revenue impact.
- Create partner-facing campaigns, content, sales tools, enablement materials, and training that support awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Equip partners and internal teams with the messaging and tools needed to effectively position and distribute Motive’s solutions.
- Analyze performance across awareness, engagement, channel contribution, pipeline, revenue, and partner adoption; use insights to optimize programs and inform decisions.
- Identify gaps across the partner funnel and drive solutions that improve awareness, activation, conversion, and overall impact.
- Manage budgets and resource tradeoffs across initiatives to maximize return on investment.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, product marketing, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Experience launching partners, programs, products, or integrated go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience building awareness and demand through partner-owned and partner-enabled distribution channels.
- Experience working closely with Sales on pipeline-focused programs.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems, channel marketing, and partner-led growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong operational rigor, including experience managing programs, processes, and budgets end-to-end.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to track pipeline, attribution, and program performance.
- Strong judgment in prioritization, tradeoffs, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- High attention to detail and a high bar for quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.
