About SugarAI

SugarAI is redefining CRM for the age of AI.
We’re delivering on the original promise of CRM—turning fragmented customer and revenue signals into clear, prioritized action. Instead of more dashboards or surface-level insights, we help teams focus on what matters most and know exactly what to do next.
More than two decades after our founding, we’re entering a new chapter with clarity and momentum—building intelligent, intuitive solutions that work within the flow of how teams actually sell and serve. We’re focused on solving complex, real-world challenges where relationships, context, and precision make all the difference.
Our global team is united by a shared commitment to impact, ownership, and continuous growth. We create an environment where thoughtful ideas move quickly, where people are trusted to lead, and where flexibility supports how great work gets done.
If you’re excited to help shape what’s next in AI-driven CRM—and build technology that drives real outcomes—we’d love to meet you.

Where You Fit In

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale our global partner marketing initiatives. • Identify high-impact co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners (e.g., ISVs, SIs, resellers).
      • Align partner initiatives with product launches, campaigns, and regional priorities.
      • Pipeline & Demand Generation
        • Drive joint demand generation programs with partners, including digital campaigns, events, webinars, and content syndication.
        • Track, measure, and optimize partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
        • Manage joint marketing budgets (MDF) and ensure ROI accountability.
        • Partner Enablement & Engagement
          • Build scalable partner marketing toolkits, playbooks, and campaign-in-a-box assets.
          • Enable partners with messaging, positioning, and go-to-market resources.
          • Foster strong relationships with partner stakeholders to increase engagement and program adoption.
          • Cross-Functional Collaboration
            • Work closely with Sales, Partner Alliances, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution.
            • Act as the marketing liaison for strategic partner accounts.
            • Analytics & Reporting
              • Define KPIs and track performance of partner marketing programs.
              • Deliver regular reporting on pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and partner ROI.
              • Brand & Messaging Alignment
                • Ensure consistent brand representation across partner-led initiatives.
                • Collaborate on joint value propositions and messaging frameworks.

What You Will Bring:

  • Partner Marketing Experience - 10–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing, with a strong background in partner ecosystems.
  • Strategic Thinking - Ability to translate business objectives into scalable partner marketing strategies.
  • Partner & Stakeholder Management - Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners at multiple levels.
  • Demand Generation Expertise - Proven success driving pipeline through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Analytical Mindset - Data-driven decision-making with experience in marketing analytics and ROI measurement.
  • Execution Excellence - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.
  • Collaboration & Influence - Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Adaptability - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

We understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job. Experience comes in different forms; many skills are transferable; and passion goes a long way. Even more important than your resume is a clear demonstration of dedication, impact, and the ability to thrive in a fluid and collaborative environment. We want you to learn new things in this role, and we encourage you to apply if your experience is close to what we’re looking for. We also know that diversity of background and thought makes for better problem solving and more creative thinking, which is why we're dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team.
