Location:Our company headquarters are in Austin, TX, but our employees work remotely across the US. For folks who live around Austin, we offer the option to join us in our office or opt for hybrid setup. Whether you prefer the structure of an office, the convenience of remote work, or a mix of both, we support what works best for you!
Please note: at this time we are not able to hire in California or Massachusetts.
What You'll Do:Own performance marketing campaigns for our affiliate program (Impact Radius), media networks, and other emerging platforms.
Continuously test new channels, partners, and creative formats to expand our reach and uncover scalable opportunities.
Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and measure results to drive insights and optimize ROI.

7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with direct ownership of paid social channels (Meta, Snap, TikTok strongly preferred)
Proven track record of scaling campaigns and optimizing CAC/LTV
Comfort with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance measurement (e.g., Google Analytics, MMPs, internal dashboards)
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate performance insights into business impact
Curiosity and adaptability — eager to experiment with new channels and approaches
Experience in insurance, fintech, or another high-consideration category is a plus
