Summary:

In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related third-party platforms. You will analyze business requirements, develop product solutions, and support Agile delivery processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience. You will partner with stakeholders, engineers, and administrators to ensure platform solutions align with business objectives, maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop user stories, product backlogs, acceptance criteria, and solution designs for assigned platform products and initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and business process reviews to identify requirements, evaluate impacts across applications and workflows, and recommend platform solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Own and support assigned platform product areas, including enhancements, configuration, integrations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain product backlogs, coordinate dependencies across teams, and support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, iteration planning, testing discussions, and user story clarification activities.
  • Support user acceptance testing activities by addressing stakeholder questions, performing issue triage, and assisting with defect resolution efforts.
  • Conduct gap analysis, monitor operational metrics, and identify opportunities to improve platform performance, user experience, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams, platform administrators, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and operational requirements.
  • Utilize SQL queries, reporting tools, and platform interfaces to analyze data, support reporting needs, and identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities.
  • Design business process flows, data mappings, and integration solutions across systems within the platform environment.
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, work effort estimates, and end-user support resources while following established procedures and recommending best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, including the Sales module, and related business platforms required.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria required.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, backlog management processes, and solution delivery lifecycles required.
  • Experience supporting platform configuration, integrations, CRM security roles, workflows, automation capabilities, and process optimization initiatives, and user acceptance testing activities required.
  • Knowledge of reporting, dashboard development, sales performance metrics, and data analysis techniques; proficiency with SQL queries required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with across business and technology teams.
  • Experience supporting Experlogix or other Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions within Dynamics 365 highly preferred.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps preferred.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce to Dynamics 365 migration or transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting release management, deployment coordination, production support, and enterprise application integrations, and data governance best practices preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
