Role: Senior Power BI Consultant

We are seeking a Power BI development and implementation expert with an advanced proficiency in complex data analysis to join our team as Senior Power BI Consultant.

You thrive on the pursuit of factual information and require tangible resources to believe information. You are driven by accuracy and possess strong skills in data integration, performance optimization, and security implementation along with a solid foundation in Power BI, SQL, and database knowledge.

As a Senior Power BI Consultant at Collectiv, you’ll bring your business acumen and technical expertise to the table and work side-by-side with enterprise teams all the way from strategy to implementation to support. You’ll work on a wide variety of exciting and challenging projects that continually expand your knowledge base and skillsets.

In your daily and weekly routine, you will be tasked with regularly interacting with clients to collect and fine-tune data and reporting needs. This involves gathering feedback, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and overseeing the successful implementation and continuous support of Power BI, which includes conducting training sessions.

Your major responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement complex data models utilizing Power BI
  • Create visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Develop and optimize DAX formulas
  • Integrate data from diverse sources
  • Leverage SQL skills to facilitate efficient data extraction and integration with Power BI
  • Enhance client outcomes through strategic consulting and help clients identify additional opportunities for growth
  • Act as a core technical asset and resource in our marketing efforts
  • Provide expert guidance on Power BI solutions and ensure precision in data discussions
  • Conduct in-depth research in new areas to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions and participate in meetings, providing insights, and contributing to post-meeting discussions
