  • Change Management: Implement strategies within programs to ensure smooth transitions, adoption of new processes, and sustainable impact. Proactively address risks and readiness challenges, ensuring the organization is prepared for large-scale initiatives and that they are integrated effectively

  • Governance and Reporting: Establish and manage strong governance processes, including tracking performance, escalating issues, and setting decision-making frameworks. Provide clear and regular updates to PPL and enterprise leadership on program progress, risks, and key insights. Create consistent reporting frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across initiatives

  • Human-Centered Design Thinking: Apply a problem-solving approach that focuses on understanding the needs and experiences of the people the program is meant to serve. Enhance program success by integrating customer feedback into program development and execution
