About the Job Opportunity

The Senior Pricing Analyst supports PartsSource’s Maintenance Contract Services team by analyzing service contracts, building competitive quotes, and delivering data-driven pricing decisions that help customers understand the value of our service and maintenance offerings. This role is focused exclusively on service and maintenance agreement pricing — not parts — and works closely with Sales and Pricing leadership to structure deals that are both competitive and financially sound.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented analytical professional who takes pride in accuracy, communicates clearly across functions, and wants to grow within a mission-driven healthcare technology company at the intersection of finance, operations, and commercial strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate new maintenance contract submissions, performing detailed financial analysis to support Maintenance Contract Services pricing decisions.
  • Build customized service contract quotes aligned with pricing guidelines, business strategies, and competitive market positioning.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Management to structure competitive quotations that balance customer value and margin objectives.
  • Communicate pricing information, coverage terms, and contract clarifications clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reconcile pass-through service contracts and assist with data entry, quality review, and pricing system accuracy.
  • Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Pricing Group.
  • Participate in weekly department meetings and represent Pricing in cross-functional discussions.

What You'll Bring

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, or Mathematics preferred.
  • Experience in maintenance contract services, technical service agreement pricing, or a related analytical role in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with comfort reading, interpreting, and working with contract terms and pricing data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator — able to translate pricing logic into terms that resonate with Sales and customer stakeholders.
  • Organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with service contract structures, coverage terms, or maintenance agreement pricing in healthcare technology or HTM environments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, or Finance teams in a B2B or healthcare services context.

Who We Want to Meet:

Act Like an Owner

  • You take full responsibility for the accuracy of every quote and contract analysis you produce — you don’t submit work you haven’t verified. Accountability & Execution, Results Driven

Serve with Purpose

  • You understand that the pricing decisions you make directly affect how customers experience the value of PartsSource’s services. You bring care and precision to every analysis. Clear & Critical Thinking, Active Listening
  • You work alongside Sales and Operations with patience and clarity, recognizing that pricing questions rarely have simple answers. Relationship Management, Team Orientation

Adapt to Thrive

  • You pick up new contract structures, pricing tools, and workflows quickly and apply feedback constructively. You’re comfortable asking good questions and working through ambiguity. Learning Agility, Resilience

Collaborate to Win

  • You contribute to a team that depends on accurate, timely pricing to close deals and serve customers well. You show up prepared and communicate clearly when priorities shift. Team Orientation, Alignment & Cohesion

Challenge the Status Quo

  • You notice when a pricing process is inefficient or a data entry workflow creates errors downstream. You bring ideas for improvement with context and a practical point of view. Curiosity & Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive compensation package with salary, incentives, company ownership/equity, and comprehensive benefits (401k match, health, college debt reduction, and more!)
  • Career and professional development through training, coaching and new experiences.
