An Oracle Cloud SCM Senior Principal Consultant is the functional project leader from the initial client engagement to the final delivery for supply chain & manufacturing related activities. They are responsible for the overall solution design and implementation of a project from concept to completion. They are experts in the Oracle Cloud SCM ecosystem in purpose as well as functionality with strong client relation capability (they make the complex seem simple). Thereby helping our clients implement solutions and processes to succeed while improve their business performance in several of the following areas: Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, Procurement Suite.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
- 10-15 years of consulting experience in full cycle implementation in the Cloud SCM area along with 10+ years of business experience in related areas.
- Experience in at least 3 or more areas of SCM (example: Manufacturing, Costing, and Inventory Management)
- Oracle SCM/Procurement related certification obtained, with the ability to acquire and maintain various additional certifications
- Knowledge of SaaS implementation lifecycle, including As-is business process gathering, capturing traceable requirements, process validation, Design, CRP, configuration, build, test and delivery phases
- Previous team lead experience managing goals and expectations
- Understanding of SCM design best practices and standard process flows.
- Experience in working in global support model (Onsite-Offshore Model) to provide seamless support to client.
- Good Analytical and Communication, Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
