The Senior Product Analyst - Incentive Solutions is responsible for driving client satisfaction, delivering high-quality incentive program design, and optimizing member engagement across a portfolio of industry-leading products. This role serves as the strategic lead for incentive program discovery, implementation, and ongoing performance management.
This position plays a critical role in indirectly leading and coordinating Incentive Solution Support Associates to ensure successful program execution. Through influence and oversight in a matrixed environment, the Senior Product Analyst ensures all requirements are met with accuracy, timeliness, and quality throughout both implementation and ongoing program management.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of product, client, and operational expertise, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, result-driven solutions.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
Product & Program Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of main incentive programs
- Lead client discovery sessions to assess goals, identify needs, and uncover opportunities to enhance engagement and outcomes
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable program designs and implementation plans
Indirect Leadership & Execution Oversight
- Provide indirect leadership and coordination of Incentive Solution Support Associates, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor work to ensure accurate and timely implementation and ongoing program support
- Establish accountability and maintain oversight of execution, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results
- Identify and remove barriers to ensure team effectiveness and operational efficiency
Performance Management & Optimization
- Conduct regular business reviews with internal and client stakeholders to assess program performance, member engagement, and satisfaction
- Proactively identify risks and performance gaps, implementing solutions before client impact occurs
- Recommend and implement program enhancements internally to improve engagement, outcomes, and return on investment
- Ensure programs remain aligned with client objectives to drive retention and minimize attrition
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a key liaison between Account Management, product, and operational teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- Deliver client-facing presentations and insights demonstrating program value and performance
- Support training and communication initiatives to promote successful adoption and utilization of programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and integrated solution delivery

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven experience in direct or indirect leadership, including coordinating work and driving outcomes without formal reporting authority
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in client-facing roles, including presentations, solutioning, and relationship management
- Experience in product management, sales, marketing, or incentive/engagement solutions
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into operational execution
- Experience working cross-functionally and building effective partnerships across teams
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within healthcare, wellness programs, or incentive-based solutions
- Familiarity with member engagement strategies and performance analytics
- Proficient in SharePoint
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
