Position Overview
Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Senior Product Interlock Program Manager with deep PMO and marketing expertise to lead strategic interlocks between Product, Delivery, and Customer teams. This individual will ensure organizational alignment, define clear business requirements, and translate complex inputs into actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an expert communicator and facilitator — someone who thrives in high-visibility, cross-functional environments and can transform ambiguity into structure, transparency, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Interlocks
- Lead and coordinate interlock sessions between Product, Delivery, and Customer teams to align on goals, requirements, and business impact.
- Ensure all requirements are clearly defined, documented, and actionable.
- Translate strategic discussions into tangible deliverables and next steps.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Act as a trusted advisor and connector across cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews to achieve alignment across teams with differing priorities.
- Communicate complex requirements and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Program Management & Governance
- Implement structured tracking and review mechanisms to maintain a single source of truth for interlock activities.
- Drive transparency around prioritization, dependencies, and business impact.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
- Business Impact & Continuous Improvement
- Capture, measure, and report on the business impact of interlock activities.
- Continuously refine frameworks, tools, and processes to improve visibility, accountability, and cross-functional maturity.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment to organizational goals.
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO Leadership, or Marketing Operations in a digital or consulting environment.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across product, delivery, and business teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of marketing, product lifecycle management, and business-process optimization.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks and data-driven reporting mechanisms.
