Summary
The MissionWe aren't just adding a chatbot and calling it a day. We are rebuilding the DNA of our platform with Artificial Intelligence at the core. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the connective tissue between cutting-edge technology and real-world utility.
Your goal is to ensure AI isn't a siloed "innovation project" but a fundamental driver of value across every module of our InsuranceNow product. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify where AI can automate the mundane, augment the complex, and provide decision support that feels like magic (but is actually just great engineering).
Job Description
What You’ll Do● Strategic Transformation: Assess products and workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-enabled processes and use cases. You’ll map use cases to clear outcomes and define the necessary guardrails.
● Cross-Functional AI Evangelism: Partner with PMs across all areas of the product to "AI-enable" their roadmaps. You are the internal consultant who helps them see the "how" and "why" of AI workflows and orchestration.
● Technical Guidance & Evaluation: You’ll run lean experiments and evaluations with rigorous success criteria to prove value before scaling, and guide other PMs on how to run experiments and evals in their product areas.
● Operational Excellence: Get your hands dirty. Triage user feedback, reproduce issues, file crystal-clear bugs, and maintain a high standard of backlog hygiene for AI-specific work.
● Industry Influence: Help shape the future of our product and set the standards for how AI is applied within the industry.
Technical & Strategic ExpertiseFocus Areas:AI Proficiency :
Deep working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Agentic design and concepts, evaluations, and prompt engineering. Experience with Claude Code and writing skills are a plus.
Experimentation:
Ability to design and run "small-bet" evaluations to validate AI performance and results.
System Design:
Mapping complex business logic to AI-driven workflows
P&C Knowledge:
(A major plus) Understanding the nuances of Property & Casualty insurance, or other highly regulated industry.
What You Bring● Proven AI Track Record: You’ve built and shipped AI products that solve real-world problems—not just prototypes.
● The "AI-First" Mindset: Demonstrated ability to embrace AI tools in your own workflow to drive your own productivity and innovation.
● Data-Driven Intuition: You use insights, not just intuition to make decisions and continuously improve the product.
● Communication Mastery: You can explain RAG to a stakeholder and ROI to an engineer without losing anyone in translation.
● Adaptability: You thrive in the "grey area" of emerging tech and can pivot when the data (or the model) changes.
Bonus Points:You have experience navigating the regulatory and data privacy complexities of the P&C Insurance industry.
Why Join Us?You won't just be managing a backlog; you'll be defining how an entire industry interacts with technology. If you’re tired of "AI for the sake of AI" and want to build things that actually work, we should talk.
