Healthcare quality is declining and soaring costs are crushing American families and businesses. At Garner, we’ve developed a revolutionary approach to evaluating doctor performance and a unique incentive model that's reshaping the healthcare economy to ensure everyone can afford high quality care. By providing organizations relief from surging healthcare costs, we've experienced rapid adoption in the market and have more than doubled our revenue annually over the last 5 years, becoming the fastest growing company in our space. To support our continued growth, we're expanding our team by over 50% each year, seeking exceptional talent to shape our unique, award winning culture (for example, USA Today Top Workplaces 2025) designed to cultivate teamwork, trust, autonomy, exceptional results, and individual growth that creates an inflection point in your career.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Incentives team. This role reports to the Director of Product Management. The Incentives team is responsible for building a verticalized claims platform and user-facing experience that delivers financial incentives quickly and reliably across multiple payment rails.

This role is open to remote candidates across the U.S. For candidates based in New York City, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

What you will do:
  • You’ll own our claims product and roadmap, including our patient-facing reimbursement experience, claim adjudication system, internal operational tools, and third-party integrations.
  • You’ll be responsible for directly improving healthcare affordability and outcomes for patients and employers by delivering a compelling, seamless financial incentive.
  • Develop a deep intuition for user needs—including members, internal teams, and administrators—and use that to drive your roadmap and help shape the overall product strategy
  • Drive new feature development from start to finish: from ideation, requirements gathering, documentation, product development, launch, and iteration
  • Define what success looks like, ensure we have the data in place to measure progress and rally the team around what winning looks like and how we get there
  • Example projects might include:
    • Improving our adjudication systems to increase the speed and accuracy of reimbursement for patients
    • Providing patients with real-time visibility into their claims to enable them to understand better when they’ll be reimbursed
    • Developing partnerships and integrations with third parties to enable direct payment to providers
    • Building internal applications that enable our Concierge team to resolve complex claim-related questions quickly
What you will bring to the team:
  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Hands-on experience as a financial analyst, data scientist or software engineer and/or a degree in finance, mathematics, data science, economics, or computer science
  • Proficient in SQL, able to write queries, analyze data, and generate insights to inform product decisions
  • A relentless learner with a proven track record of diving deep into large, complex domains and becoming the go-to expert
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate the vision and drive execution across teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, using data to guide product intuition and decisions
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position is $175,000-$220,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
