First announced at the Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas in May, Blockstream Enterprise is a Bitcoin-focused software suite enabling banks, prime brokers and corporations to safely and securely custody Bitcoin and manage tokenization and treasury operations.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise product team to lead the ongoing development and adoption of our Enterprise solution.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

70% – Technical Product Management

  • Translate vision into actionable roadmap, own the product narrative and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization

  • Engage with engineering in technical conversations, understanding implications of technical decisions, and align Engineering work to product goals

  • Lead project execution, anticipating and resolving roadblocks, coordinating the work of teammates, and clearly communicating goals and status with the organization

  • Identify product opportunities, translating them into clear milestones and artefacts that align with Business Objectives

30% – Discovery & Research

  • Support Continuous Discovery habits, engage in market and customer research, follow regulatory/market news, identify trends

  • Conduct customer discovery workshops, document findings, translate insights into signals and identify gaps in the product roadmap

  • Drive product requirements, drive product documentation and own the workstream, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business and Marketing teams

  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data to be able to support or challenge product assumptions/feature requests

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment with a proven track record of delivering impact

  • Understanding of blockchain-based technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycle

  • Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts

  • Comfort with the pace, scrappiness and dynamic environment within a growing startup.

  • Currently residing in the EU (European Union)

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Prior work experience on Bitcoin-related products

  • Experience with other enterprise-focused crypto products and their application / adoption among businesses from the TradFi sector

  • Deep understanding of traditional financial systems, services & products

  • A holistic understanding of the major interoperable cash generating units within global money center banks: Commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage and asset management

  • Prior knowledge of Liquid and its role in the Bitcoin ecosystem

  • Languages: Russian and/or Ukrainian
