Navan is a leading travel and expense management company, revolutionizing the business and personal travel experience with an integrated, user-friendly platform. We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to make travel easier, more efficient, and personalized.

We're looking for a sharp, user-obsessed Senior Product Manager to spearhead our comprehensive Flights Strategy. Your mission is to refine our intelligent air marketplace to deliver the controls customers require to effectively manage their air programs, while expanding our core capabilities to seamlessly match supply with demand. You will focus on the entire shop, book, and service lifecycle to solidify our pricing leadership, shift market share, and drive unparalleled platform reliability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end user journey for flights, transitioning from a solely post-booking focus to a seamless, holistic experience across shopping, booking, and servicing.
  • Aggressively expand sourcing capabilities and leverage AI-driven routing to unlock the most competitive global inventory, ensuring our customers secure the best value.
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, design, data, and customer support to purposefully engineer a resilient architecture that delivers top-tier performance and full parity across all clients.
  • Strategically refine our marketplace controls and design dynamic new placements across the user journey to empower customers and actively guide traveler demand.
  • Ruthlessly optimize latency and implement standardized instrumentation to power end-to-end automation and intelligent marketplace features at scale.
  • Design and launch intuitive UX for complex scenarios—including airline-driven changes, fare rules, and partial cancellations—while seamlessly maintaining compliance with airline rules.
  • Define and track success metrics aligned with strategic pillars (e.g., pricing competitiveness, platform reliability, market share shifts, and customer satisfaction).
  • Stay ahead of airline policy changes, NDC expansion, and evolving customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the travel technology space.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Problem solving: Loves to solve complex, fragmented problems.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a customer-first mindset.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
