Responsibilities
- Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
- Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products including but not limited to Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts etc.
- Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
- Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
- Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Product experience is not a must but preferred.
- Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc.
- Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
- Ability to understand trading logics, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
