We’re building the AI-powered future of construction planning.

At ALICE Technologies, we’re reimagining how the world’s most complex projects get planned and built. Our AI construction simulation and optimization platform transforms the way contractors and owners bid, plan, and execute projects—from bridges and tunnels to data centers and solar farms.

We have three core products:

  • ALICE Model – Build optimal schedules directly from 3D models, turning design into an executable plan in hours, not weeks.
  • ALICE Optimize – Adjust and re-optimize your base schedule with the power of AI to reduce duration, cost, and risk.
  • ALICE Plan – Connect 2D drawings to your schedule, so teams can visualize tasks directly on plans and align execution with the field.

The result? Shorter project durations, reduced risk of delays or overruns, and millions in savings—all while making scheduling faster, simpler, and more collaborative.

Why join us

  • Pioneer AI in construction tech – Every initiative you lead will embed AI into the flow of work, from automated schedule generation to visual, on-drawing planning.

  • Tackle complexity and make it simple – Our customers are delivering billion-dollar projects. You’ll help them navigate that complexity with elegant, outcome-focused solutions.

  • High impact, high visibility – Work directly with our VP of Product, CEO, and leaders across engineering, design, and customer success to shape the roadmap for a category-defining product.

  • A growth-stage rocket ship – We’re small enough for you to have an outsized impact, but funded and proven enough to give you the resources to ship big, ambitious things.

The role

As a Senior Product Manager at ALICE, you’ll own end-to-end delivery of high-impact features across our product lines as well as explore opportunities for new products. You’ll be at the intersection of AI, construction workflows, and intuitive design, turning deep user insights into solutions that change how the built world gets planned.

You’ll harness AI at every stage—from discovery to prototyping, validation, execution, release, and post-launch tracking—to surface insights faster, iterate smarter, and measure outcomes more effectively. This approach will help us move quickly, learn continuously, and deliver products that hit the mark.

Bonus: If you have experience in construction, engineering, or construction tech, you’ll be able to draw on that domain knowledge to shape products that speak directly to the challenges of the field.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the VP of Product to define and evolve the multi-product roadmap.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with internal and external users to uncover needs, friction points, and opportunities for simplification of our existing product lines.
  • Scope epics, write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and partner with design to create intuitive, outcome-focused experiences.
  • Use AI tools to create prototypes, accelerate research synthesis, validate ideas, and track results.
  • Collaborate with engineering to align on solution specs, make trade-offs, and ensure delivery matches the intended user outcome.
  • Manage sprints in Jira and maintain clear documentation in Confluence for knowledge transfer and onboarding.
  • Present findings, prototypes, and release updates to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

What you bring

  • 5+ years in product management with proven experience launching and iterating SaaS products.
  • Track record of simplifying complex workflows and making products intuitive for a broad range of users.
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum processes and cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Business Level English Language Skills - Conversational and Written
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to translate complexity into compelling narratives.
  • Comfort leveraging AI across the entire product lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
  • Bonus: Experience in construction, engineering, or AEC software; familiarity with scheduling tools or BIM.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and bias toward action in fast-paced environments.

Desired behaviors

  • Embraces change and seeks improvements to processes.
  • Takes initiative, owns outcomes, meets commitments, and drives results.
  • Prioritizes effectively and solves problems proactively.
  • Brings technical curiosity and applies relevant knowledge to the role.
  • Owns their growth, welcomes feedback, and actively builds new skills.
  • Communicates clearly, listens well, shares ideas, and builds on team input.
  • Collaborates openly, supporting team goals and contributing to a positive environment.
  • Acts with integrity and aligns with ALICE values.
  • Demonstrates pride in representing ALICE as a trusted partner to our customers and community.

The package

  • Competitive base salary
  • Meaningful equity—share in the upside you help create
  • Comprehensive benefits that support your health, focus, and growth
  • A culture that rewards bold thinking, rapid iteration, and a relentless focus on user outcomes

If you’re energized by AI, construction innovation, and building tools that make complex work beautifully simple—let’s talk.
