Job summary

DigiCert is building trust infrastructure for the modern Internet; and DNS is central to that mission. As DNS becomes a more active control point for security, availability, discovery, and trust signals, DigiCert is expanding its role in helping enterprises know who and what to trust at Internet scale.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who leads with customer insight, technical depth, and strong product judgment. You will own a strategic product area within DigiCert’s DNS and digital trust portfolio, focused on trusted discovery, identity-aware infrastructure, trust signaling, policy enforcement, and emerging agentic use cases.
You will work closely with engineering, architecture, security, product marketing, sales, and customers to define the product vision, validate use cases, shape requirements, and bring new capabilities to market. You will prototype early, use data to build conviction, and move quickly while maintaining enterprise standards for reliability, security, privacy, and operational resilience.
If you are energized by building foundational infrastructure that quietly powers the world - and by shaping how enterprises, developers, services, and AI agents know what to trust - this role is for you.

What you will do

  • Own the roadmap for a strategic product area within DigiCert’s DNS and digital trust portfolio, with emphasis on trusted discovery, policy enforcement, posture signals, and emerging agentic infrastructure use cases.
  • Translate market trends, customer needs, DNS telemetry, and technical capabilities into clear product strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Make security, privacy, compliance, performance, reliability, and operational resilience core product requirements.
  • Engage enterprise customers, partners, internal field teams, and relevant standards communities to validate use cases and shape product direction.
Partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, and cloud platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, API-first, cloud-native services.
  • Use telemetry, dashboards, customer insights, and experimentation to guide prioritization, measure impact, and improve product outcomes.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to analyze feedback, synthesize insights, prototype concepts, and iterate quickly on product requirements.
  • Define and track success metrics such as adoption, latency, reliability, automation effectiveness, policy accuracy, and trust-signal quality.
  • Lead product-side GTM planning in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, including launches, messaging, pricing and packaging inputs, enablement, and adoption tracking.
  • Rapidly validate concepts, deliver incremental value, and iterate continuously while maintaining enterprise standards for security, reliability, and customer trust.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years of product management experience in cloud-native SaaS, networking, security, developer platforms, or infrastructure products.
  • Proven success leading DNS, networking, security, developer platform, or deeply technical infrastructure products.
  • Strong understanding of DNS, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure; familiarity with PKI, TLS/SSL, identity, or adjacent Internet infrastructure strongly preferred.
  • Clear point of view on how DNS can support trusted discovery, policy enforcement, posture signals, and infrastructure-level trust.
  • Strong customer discovery and product judgment, with a track record of translating ambiguous customer problems into focused roadmap decisions.
  • Experience defining API-first, developer-facing or platform products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams building on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven ability to deliver 0→1 products and iterate rapidly in agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with experience using telemetry, dashboards, funnel metrics, and experimentation to make product decisions and align stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, feedback synthesis, requirements development, and PM workflows.
  • Experience leading product-side GTM activities, including pricing and packaging inputs, launch planning, messaging, enablement, and adoption tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, sales, customers, and leadership around a technical product vision.
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset and a passion for building in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
