About NOCD

NOCD is the #1 telehealth provider for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. NOCD creates access to online therapy for people with OCD through our telehealth platform. In the NOCD app, Members can quickly access and schedule live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed Therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment.

At NOCD, we help people reclaim their lives with clinically proven OCD treatment, by removing barriers to OCD care, and reducing the stigma associated with OCD. We’re changing the world and need other like-minded individuals to accelerate and expand our efforts.

Opportunity Overview

NOCD is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to drive the systems, workflows, and tools that power our clinical operations and member support teams. As the largest provider of evidence-based telehealth treatment for OCD, NOCD builds technology that directly improves lives, often within weeks.

In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of product, data, operations, and clinical care. You will own mission-critical operational workflows, reduce friction for therapists and support teams, and create tools that help NOCD deliver high-quality, scalable care. You’ll dig deep into problems, query data yourself, and launch productized solutions that make immediate, measurable impact.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex operational problems, enjoys rolling up their sleeves with SQL, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where product, operations, and clinical care come together.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in product management, operations, strategy, or similar roles in tech-enabled or healthcare environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Psychology, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on SQL proficiency (comfortable querying data to inform decisions)
  • Proven ability to turn ambiguous operational problems into clear product requirements with measurable outcomes
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, clinical operations, and support teams
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and stakeholder needs in a high-growth environment

Bonus Qualifications

  • Prior clinical or therapeutic experience
  • Experience with healthcare operations, EHR systems, scheduling, or clinical workflow optimization
  • Experience building or integrating AI-driven applications
  • Familiarity with Figma, JIRA, ClickUp, and analytics platforms

What You’ll Work On

  • Own and execute the product roadmap for scheduling operations, clinical workflows, and systems supporting care delivery
  • Partner with clinical operations and member support leaders to understand workflows, map friction points, and drive operational improvements
  • Translate operational requirements into clear, actionable product specs for engineering and design
  • Build systems that improve therapist utilization, care coordination, and member experience
  • Develop workflow automations and tooling that reduce manual work, errors, and inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with data teams to expand visibility into key performance and care-delivery metrics
  • Ensure all operational systems are scalable, compliant, and aligned with NOCD’s mission
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance reliability and remove bottlenecks across the care journey
  • Track and report measurable outcomes tied to efficiency, reliability, and care quality

About NOCD

At NOCD, we’re on a mission to make life-changing mental health treatment accessible to everyone who needs it. OCD is one of the most disruptive and misunderstood conditions and yet the most effective therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), is still difficult for far too many people to reach. We’re here to change that at scale.

Born out of firsthand experience navigating misdiagnosis and the struggle to find proper care, NOCD has grown rapidly since our Series A and is expanding nationwide. Every line of code you ship helps real people access real treatment that can dramatically improve their lives, often within weeks, not years.

We’re building patient-facing platforms and clinical technology that directly improves outcomes, empowers therapists, and shapes the future of digital mental healthcare.

If you want to work with a team that values empathy, ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning and you want your work to have visible, human impact, NOCD is the place to do the most meaningful engineering of your career.
