Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote (United States)

About the Role

Revolution Prep is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives from idea to launch and ongoing iteration. You’ll work with a small, highly collaborative team and have meaningful ownership over both strategy and execution. Many early initiatives will involve building or integrating AI-powered features into our products.

We’re looking for someone who has experience working with AI-enabled products or strong familiarity with integrating AI/LLM capabilities in partnership with engineering. Deep ML expertise isn’t required — product judgment, curiosity, and the ability to translate new technology into real user value are.

What You'll Do
  • Own product initiatives end-to-end: discovery, delivery, measurement, and iteration
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and operations
  • Help define and ship AI-enabled features, working closely with engineers and stakeholders
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction, requirements, and tradeoffs
  • Define success metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on data and user feedback
  • Partner closely with engineering to move quickly while maintaining quality
  • Keep stakeholders aligned with clear, proactive communication
  • Balance near-term execution with long-term product strategy
What We're Looking For
  • 5–8+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record shipping products end-to-end with engineering teams
  • Experience developing products that leverage AI, automation, or intelligent systems (or strong familiarity integrating AI/LLM capabilities into products)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort operating in low-bureaucracy, high-ownership environments
  • Data-informed, iterative mindset with good product judgment
  • Bonus: EdTech, consumer SaaS, or platform experience
Why Revolution Prep?
  • High ownership and autonomy
  • Fast decision-making with minimal bureaucracy
  • Direct impact on student outcomes
  • Close collaboration with leadership and engineering
  • Opportunity to learn, experiment, and shape how AI improves learning
Additional Information
  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), employee discounts, and a vibrant, collaborative company culture.
