Company Overview

At Eve, we’re redefining what’s possible in legal technology. Our mission is to empower plaintiff law firms with AI-driven solutions that elevate how they operate, serve clients, and grow.

We believe the future of law will be built by “AI-Native Law Firms” — firms that are managed, scaled, and optimized by intelligent systems rather than manual processes and endless administrative work. Eve’s technology augments the capabilities of attorneys across every stage of a case — from intake and document review to strategy and settlement — so they can focus on what truly matters: achieving the best outcomes for their clients.

Our vision is simple yet transformative: enable every firm to operate at its highest potential through the power of AI.

Why Join Eve:

Product-market fit: Eve is used by over 550+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Own and deliver strong results in a core product area or new initiative - Own a well-scoped product area or new initiative end-to-end. Drive adoption, retention, and customer value through strong execution, thoughtful prioritization, and a deep understanding of user needs.
  • Contribute to scalable product practices - Participate in and help refine lightweight product processes—such as bet reviews, PR/FAQs, and design critiques—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to how work gets done.
  • Be a strong execution partner to Product, Design, and Engineering - Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality product outcomes. Demonstrate good product taste, clear decision-making, and ownership that helps teams move faster and with confidence.
  • Partner with GTM to support launches and customer success - Work closely with Sales, CS, and Marketing to support pilots, launches, customer feedback loops, and enablement efforts that drive successful adoption and expansion.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years experience directly owning end to end large scale features or product suites
  • Strong product judgment & customer empathy - You’ve helped translate complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, valuable product experiences. You show good judgment around when to be opinionated versus configurable and ground decisions in real customer insight
  • End-to-end product ownership & execution - You have experience owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. You can independently drive well-scoped efforts while partnering closely with design and engineering.
  • Enterprise B2B startup experience with GTM collaboration - You’ve partnered with Sales, CS, and Marketing to support launches, customer feedback, pilots, and enablement, and you’re comfortable engaging directly with customers.
  • Operational rigor & decision-making - You write clear PRDs and one-pagers, define success metrics, and bring structure to ambiguous problems without over-relying on heavyweight process.
  • Applied AI and LLM product exposure - You’ve worked with AI-powered features and have familiarity with LLM concepts such as prompt design, retrieval/grounding, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows, even if you haven’t owned the underlying models.
  • Cross-functional collaboration & communication - You build trust with Engineering, Design, and GTM partners, communicate clearly in writing and discussion, and help teams align around goals and tradeoffs.
  • High execution standards & growth mindset - You hold yourself and your work to a high bar, seek feedback, and continuously improve your product craft while contributing positively to team quality.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in legal tech or another complex, accuracy-sensitive vertical (financial services, healthcare, insurance).
  • Familiarity with the plaintiff litigation lifecycle and case workflows.
  • Prior experience in a PM-light environment where engineers and designers own large pieces of the product.
  • Exposure to packaging/pricing experimentation in high-growth SaaS.
