As we expand our platform offerings and reinvent our workforce through AI adoption we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to own this function within the organization and guide our strategic positioning, messaging, and enablement forward.
This role acts as the strategic centerpiece in our GTM org and is ideal for professionals who enjoy entrepreneurial ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and being a hands-on builder of strategy and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Enablement: Act as a subject-matter expert on messaging, market position, and competition. Develop GTM assets, case studies, and battlecards to aid the sales process.
- Go-to-Market - You’ll own the end-to-end GTM for the new product & features launching, from positioning & messaging, to asset creation, GTM launch management and internal enablement. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to help create and test the positioning & messaging for your portfolios, which may include technology products and features, partnerships, or publishers.
- GTM Impact Analysis: Plan and execute ongoing analysis of the sales funnel, collateral kit, and GTM strategy inclusive of Win/Loss, sales cycle, engagement, and response.
- Launch Program: Build and manage a company-wide launch process for planning and directing the scope, schedule, and execution of our most critical moments.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves. Engage with analysts and other industry stakeholders to build our brand and inform strategy. Use your insider-knowledge of our personas and industry to shape our unique approach to market.
- Messaging & Positioning: Build a compelling narrative around our products and value that we can take to market and win with. Help the organization tell our story more effectively by developing and aligning messaging, value propositions, and audiences.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with other teams to align GTM strategy, identify collateral needs, influence pricing and packaging, and ensure our market position is optimized for success.
- Personal Effectiveness & AI utilization: Create your own urgency, keep work organized, and have line of sight to achieving all deadlines. Have a plan to incorporate AI into the daily flow of work to contribute to your effectiveness.
