  • Own big projects, move quickly, and drive visible business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product positioning and messaging for key product lines, rooted in customer insights, competitive intelligence, and value prop clarity.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to drive awareness and adoption of the product at launch and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized library of product collateral, including one-pagers, pitch decks, and approved messaging to enable customer-facing teams.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategy and stay ahead of industry trends, inclusive of pricing.
  • Drive voice of customer programs like surveys, testimonials, and interviews to inform messaging and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging consistency across marketing channels and campaigns to support product adoption, partner integrations, and retention strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with third-party vendors providing value-added services, ensuring alignment on messaging, co-marketing opportunities, and ongoing GTM collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product to test CTAs, feature naming, etc. and help propose and help design A/B tests for messaging (website, email, onboarding flows).
  • Champion the customer perspective by regularly dogfooding the product and collaborating with Product to improve usability, messaging, and overall experience

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with at least 2 years in a product marketing role
  • Strong storyteller with the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives
  • Experience supporting Sales and Customer Support teams with enablement materials and messaging
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead go-to-market launches from strategy through execution
