About the Role 

At Outreach, what we build changes how thousands of sales teams sell every day. We're looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to support our product launches and AI innovations with messaging, positioning and go-to-market planning that is compelling to our customers and prospects. You'll be the expert on your product, building value propositions that connect with buyers and giving our Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Customer teams what they need to win. Your Daily Adventures Will Include

    • Conducting market and customer research to stay in touch with buyer needs, and create and maintain clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audience 

    • Be the customer and product subject matter expert on pains and needs  

    • Owning the core bill of materials including messaging framework, FAQ, and demos to enable our sales teams 

    • Developing and executing the go-to-market plan for new product/feature releases collaborating across Engineering/Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales & Customer Success teams 

    • Cross-functional collaboration across GTM teams regarding messaging and high-value solution assets 

    • Demonstrating a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive business and product results that measurably deliver company impact and pipeline 

    • Bringing exceptional ability to drive key business objectives with data-driven, fact-based insights that lead to well-informed strategic plans, quick decision making, and impactful outcomes 

Our Vision of You

    • 5-7+ years of experience working as a product marketer in the technology industry 

    • Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills 

    • Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies across marketing, sales, partner and customer teams  

    • History creating messaging frameworks and positioning for individual and platform solutions that resonate with buyers 

    • Ability to deliver clear and compelling customer-facing messaging and materials 

    • Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation, streamline workflows, and outputs 

    • Expertise in B2B SaaS with the ability to rapidly gain an in-depth knowledge of the Outreach, the Revenue Orchestration category, competitors and their AI advancements 

    • Proven ability to drive key business objectives with quick decision making for impactful outcomes 

    • Bachelor's degree required
