About the Role

• Lead the Project Management Office across enterprise portfolios exceeding, providing oversight of program financials, integrated planning, and executive-level management reporting.
• Drive consistency in governance, planning cycles, and performance tracking to ensure transparency, alignment, and delivery across all portfolios.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to optimize resource allocation, manage dependencies, and enable effective decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.
• Needs to be a 'people person' who can work in a difficult delivery environment managing competing priorities and demanding stakeholders

• 10+ years Program/Project Management experience.
• Experience in banking and/or Capital Markets highly desirable.
